Welcome to the CCI Summer Academy Application!

We’re delighted that you are considering joining us in Italy for a month of learning, exploration, and unforgettable experiences.

Application Process:

  1. Complete this online application form in full. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk (*).

  2. Upload your passport or government-issued ID so we can confirm your eligibility to travel and enroll.

  3. Upload your most recent report card so we can confirm your grade and level of study.

  4. Submit your application — you will receive an instant confirmation email with a copy of your responses.

  5. Have your principal, vice-principal or head of school complete a Confidential Character Reference.

  6. Our Admissions Team will review your application and contact you to confirm next steps.

  7. If accepted, you will receive an offer email and invoice for your program fees. A deposit is required to secure your spot.

Helpful Tips:

  • Have your passport, a copy of your most recent report card, and your parent/guardian contact information ready before starting.

  • You can save your progress and return later if needed.

Section 4b - Confidential Character Reference

As part of the admissions process, CCI requires a confidential character reference from a school administrator, such as a principal, vice principal or head of school who knows the applicant well.

This reference should speak to the applicant’s character, work habits, and readiness to participate in an international study program.

The reference will be submitted directly to CCI by the referee and will not be shared with the applicant or their family.
