Ski Day!

 

On Saturday, our students had the opportunity to take on the Apennines. We were up early and traveled to Roccaraso on our first Ski and Snowboard Day of the year.

The drive itself was rather spectacular as we moved through green olive groves along the winding roads into the white mountains.

Though the weather report called for clouds, we were blessed to have the sun shining on our faces for most of the day.

After a great day I'm hoping for more cold and snowy weather in the mountains so that we can come back ASAP!
