Our First Cooking Class

 

 

Italy is known for many things, but the cuisine is certainly on the top of the list. CCI recently transformed a space at the Mercato into a kitchen where our students can learn to prepare typical Italian dishes. Yesterday, six students were chosen to make gnocchi, and a tasty dessert, from talented Chef Enza.

Next year, we plan to introduce regular cooking classes to all of our students, so that when they leave CCI, they will do so with culinary skills that will last a lifetime.
