Cooking with Chef Enza

 

Italy is known for many things, but the cuisine is certainly on the top of the list. Last Thursday, some of our students met with Chef Enza Liberati to learn how prepare a typical Italian dish. They prepared pasta all'amatricina and a nice dessert in the Mercato where we have our lunches.
