Beach Clean-Up

 

With the Apennine Mountains to the west and Adriatic coastline to the east, ask any local and they will tell you that the region of Abruzzo is the perfect place to live.

Unfortunately, no matter how idyllic a place may seem, once you start looking there is always evidence of human activity in the form of trash. To show our respect for Abruzzo and our community, CCI spent Saturday afternoon in San Vito to help beautify the beach.

I would like to thank our students and teachers for their efforts this weekend, as we certainly left San Vito better than we found it.
