Amalfi

Though the road along the coast is beautiful, the best way to see the landscape is by boat. From our hotel in Sorrento, we needed to take the tall staircase down to the port. From there, it is an hour boat ride to Amalfi, where we disembarked and spent most of our afternoon.

While the town is gorgeous, I still think the highlight of the day was the ride back to Sorrento.
