Post Application Process
If you have been formally accepted to Canadian College Italy (CCI) and have been contacted directly by our Admissions team, there are several forms that must be completed through our website before arriving in Italy.
These forms provide essential information that helps us keep your child safe, communicate effectively with your family, and ensure students can fully participate in school life and activities.
The Student Enrollment & Information Form takes approximately 10–15 minutes to complete and includes several short sections, such as student and family contact information, medical details, activity and transportation permissions, a swim skills questionnaire, and a final acknowledgement with digital signature.
