Introduce yourselfTeaching at CCI
Ontario teachers.
An international classroom.
Our academic-year teachers are Ontario-certified educators whom we recruit in Canada and relocate to Italy. They teach the Ontario curriculum in person, in English, within the kind of small-school community where every adult has an important part to play.
Experienced educators
Applicants must be Ontario Certified Teachers with at least three years of experience teaching the Ontario secondary curriculum. Senior-level experience is especially valuable.
More than classroom teaching
Teachers also mentor students and contribute to activities, travel and school life. Boarding-school, private-school or international experience is an asset.
Ready to live in Italy
Adaptability, initiative and a collaborative spirit are essential. CCI assists eligible hires with the Italian work-visa process.
Life and work in Lanciano
A professional opportunity.
A remarkable year.
Academic-year contracts run for one year, with the possibility of extension. The compensation package includes a private apartment within walking distance of the school, most meals, round-trip airfare and visa support.
Teachers live in the same historic Italian town that shapes the student experience. It is rewarding work, but it also asks for flexibility, participation and a willingness to become part of school life.
Who thrives here
Expertise matters.
So does how you show up.
