Girls Residence

The girls' residence derives its name from one of the most famous architectural buildings in the entire region of Abruzzo. Built in 1227, the Gothic style church of Santa Maria Maggiore is located just a few meters away from residence.

The Santa Maria residence is an antique three-story building that can house up to forty young women. It is one of the tallest buildings in the historical quarter and it is lined with a multitude of balconies that face the main square and the many rooftops of Lanciano. Santa Maria offers single, double, triple as well as a handful of four person rooms.

Being a multi-functional facility, Santa Maria has two fully equipped kitchens on both the first and second floors, nine bathrooms and three common room spaces where students convene for residence events, meetings and movie nights. WiFi is available throughout the residence.
