How to Apply

1. Complete the Online Summer Academy Form
2. Mail a copy of your latest report card indicating CCI course prerequisite. Please print and include the Guidance Permission Form
3. Remit a deposit of $500.00 to ensure registration to:

Applications for admission are reviewed by an advisory committee upon receipt. Applicants will be informed as soon as a decision has been made.

Students will be provided with a detailed description of the course and general information about CCI's Summer Academy.
