School and Residence Life
The School is situated within the historical core of Lanciano in a way that complements both academic and community life. A few flights of stairs away from the Santa Maria Residence and a short walk to the Allegria means that CCI students are never more than walking distance away from each other, their teachers, their residence and the School building itself.
Life around the School centres around Cafés, Restaurants, Trattorie, Gelaterie, Galleries, Medieval churches decorated with exceptional artwork, and the many shops that line the main Corso - the town's main street. The Lancianese, who after fifteen years, are quite accustomed to our community, greet students and staff as they walk to and from our school buildings. The Piazza Plebiscito’s 16th century bell tower rings every fifteen minutes, reminding everyone to be mindful of the time lest they be distracted by the activity around them. This is our campus, our school and our home, a place where we feel safe, familiar, and comfortable.
The success of each student's experience at CCI is determined, in large part, by the friendships formed amongst those living closely together in residence. Students are encouraged to respect each other and treat the residences as a home away from home. Please use the links in this section to learn more about how Residence Life plays an integral part in the CCI experience.
